Leading Run-Scorers and Wicket-Takers in Women’s Big Bash League 2023: Spotlight on Lizelle Lee after Hobart Hurricanes vs Melbourne Renegades

The 51st match of the Women’s Big Bash League 2023 was played between Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Renegades on Thursday, November 23, at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart. Melbourne Renegades won the toss and chose to bowl first. Lizelle Lee and Elyse Villani started strong for Hobart Hurricanes, scoring 55 runs for the first wicket. Lee went on to score 101 runs off 53 deliveries, becoming only the second batter to score a century for the Hurricanes in WBBL.
