AEW star Miro is known for giving respect where it’s due. The former TNT Champion recently wished WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle a happy birthday on social media.
Angle, who is celebrating his 55th birthday, retired from in-ring competition at WrestleMania 35 in 2019 after a legendary career in both WWE and TNA/IMPACT Wrestling.
While Miro and Angle have never shared the ring, they have expressed mutual admiration for each other in the past. Miro called Angle “one of the best ever” as he celebrated the Olympic hero’s birthday on social media.
Moreover, Kurt Angle believes that recent AEW signee Will Ospreay is a great addition to the company’s roster. The WWE Hall of Famer praised Ospreay’s work and expressed his confidence in Ospreay’s ability to bring an old-school technique to AEW’s style of wrestling.
