The Real Madrid star and the American celebrity have been in contact with each other for a long time, with DJ Khaled sending a good luck message to Vinicius Jr on behalf of Roc Nation Sports International before the 2022 FIFA World Cup. However, Vinicius Jr is currently sidelined from action due to a hamstring injury he sustained against Colombia on November 17, and is expected to be out of play for almost two months.
In another recent development, Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has backed Barcelona’s head coach Xavi Hernandez amidst recent criticism.
