Meanwhile, Wentz was released from WWE after he was involved in a controversy. He was part of WWE and tagged with Lee regularly, even winning the tag titles together. However, he was released from the company after a photo of him dressing up as a controversial historical figure surfaced and he was accused of domestic abuse. The future of Kimber Lee, who accused Wentz of domestic abuse, is also uncertain as she awaits trial after being charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
