Tiger Woods has been away from professional golf since early April, undergoing surgery on his ankle and now in rehabilitation after withdrawing from the Masters. Recently, he was seen hitting golf balls and caddying for his son, Charlie Woods. Speculations about his return are growing, and Gary Player has urged Woods to make his comeback at the Nedbank Golf Challenge, also known as Africa’s Major, played at the Gary Player Golf Course in Sun City. Player stated that Woods’ presence would “enhance this tournament to another level.” Despite Woods’ potential absence, the Nedbank Golf Challenge has seen an increase in participation from other golf stars, including Max Homa and Justin Thomas. The tournament is scheduled to be held from November 9 to 12 at the Gary Player Golf Course, boasting a prize purse of $6.5 million.
