Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand was asked to choose between Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka and Manchester City’s new signing, Jeremy Doku. Ferdinand acknowledged Saka’s incredible performance but opted to watch Doku play instead. Saka recently provided a crucial assist in Arsenal’s 1-0 win against Brentford, while Doku impressed during Manchester City’s 1-1 draw at home to Liverpool by keeping Trent Alexander-Arnold on his toes.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Ferdinand stated that Doku’s current form makes him the preferred choice to watch over any other winger in the Premier League.
Comparing their stats, Doku has recorded three goals and six assists in all competitions since joining Manchester City, with two goals and five assists in 10 Premier League games. On the other hand, Saka has contributed six goals and nine assists across all competitions, with four goals and five assists in the Premier League alone.
